Job Description
Due to continued growth and the award of significant projects, we are currently seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team Civil Infrastructure team.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will form part of a broader Talent Acquisition function under the Talent Resourcing Manager AU/NZ. You will be tasked with working collaboratively across all regional head office functions and assisting major infrastructure projects where required.
This role will see you take responsibility for the entire recruitment life cycle - from preparing job briefs, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offering positions to future ACCIONA employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of End-to-End recruitment of White-collar roles as nominated by the business
- Developing and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders
- Sourcing talent across platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek and internal redeployment opportunities for current staff.
- Acting as the champion for recruitment processes and procedures for our management teams
- Updating and maintaining relevant content in Workday and other HR systems
- Providing support and system training to relevant junior team members where needed
- You will need experience working in a similar role and have internal recruitment experience.
- Proven experience recruiting on technical civil infrastructure skill sets for projects within Victoria.
- Experience in recruiting large volume roles during the mobilisation of a project.
- Proven experience using SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and WorkDay.
