What’s the role?A true 360 degree, Talent AcquisitionBusiness Partnering role responsible for the end to end recruitment of roles across a variety of business units. Utilise your consultative skills to provide expert Talent Acquisition advice and support to hiring leaders across several departmentsResponsible for strategically sourcing and acquiring top talent for Australia's most influential media organisationPartner with our stakeholders and senior leadership team through every step of the recruitment processDelivering the highest possible candidate experiencePrepare and issue new employee contracts and other associated paperwork in an accurate and timely mannerProvide advice on best practice recruitment, interview techniques/structures and suitable sourcing strategiesWho are you?Demonstrated experience in 360 degree Recruitment role within Agency, Internal or RPOHighly driven and motivated personality able to work well under pressureExperienced in sourcing strategies and head hunting techniquesPassionate about having a positive impact on people's careersAble to work collaboratively with the immediate and wider teamAbility to work to agreed targets, metrics and deadlinesProfessional approach that takes their work, but not themselves seriouslyNews BenefitsNews Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
