Your Role at BROOK
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for business support desk positions (temp and perm).
- Secure new roles for candidates and build strong relationships with clients.
- Drive the growth of this established desk through exceptional Talent Acquisition and strategic business development.
- Elevate client relationship experiences with your expert consultative approach.
- Champion a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for business support roles.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client and candidate relationships.
- Attend events and meetings with clients to build your network and broaden industry connections.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Elevate the BROOK brand and enhance your personal reputation.
- Minimum of two years of recruitment experience in an established agency.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a sales-focused environment and drive business development.
- Strong consultative approach and ability to build lasting relationships.
- High energy, passion for success, and outstanding communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
