The role of Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will provide administration coordination support to the broader TA team, this will include, but not limited to coordinating logistics of all assessment centres, managing shared inbox’s and candidate queries, reference checking, booking interviews, checking securities, requesting medicals, updating Workday, as well as candidate management and internal and external stakeholder management.
This position is suited to someone who is detail orientated, administration and service driven and able to work to strict timeframes. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Recruiters, this is a role that will enable you to add value and make an impact on the business, while also having the opportunity to be coached and developed along the way.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Understanding of recruitment processes and ideally experience in usage of a Recruitment Technology (e.g. Workday or similar) will be high regarded.
