your opportunityBased at Milton, and working with the People and Culture team, we are seeking a proactive and tenacious coordinator to work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to support all things “talent.”
Your role will include:• Support the front-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to compliance • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of candidate information • Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities • Provide an excellent candidate experience, ensuring yourtown is a preferred employer • Coordinate employee contract and condition changes
This is a 12 month maximum term, parental leave backfill position.

This is an entry level role within the Talent Acquisition team and would suit either a skilled administrator looking for something a bit different, or someone looking to break into recruitment as a career!
You will bring:• passion, commitment and belief in young people• a sense of how to be a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment• high attention to detail while managing several tasks • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels• ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach• strong computer literacy• approachable, energetic, and positive attitude
