Our breathtaking resort, positioned at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, will commence a staged opening in 2024, bringing a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre to the river city.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team initiatives in line with the Company strategy and business priorities. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering diverse candidates with high potential for priority roles.
A few of your responsibilities
Manage emails in the Careers inbox, forwarding on to the appropriate person for response
Maintain The Star Entertainment Group brand standards and incorporate the employer value proposition into advertising and sourcing activities
Supporting the writing and posting of job advertisements and campaigns
Sourcing and screening candidates and then booking into interviews and assessment centres
Develop strong talent pipelines through targeted search initiatives building, nurturing, and growing talent pools of suitably qualified talent
This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity until September 2024.
What we are looking for
Experience in a recruitment role or HR position within an administrative capacity (minimum 1-2 years)
Demonstrated understanding of online sourcing channels and success in developing and executing Talent Acquisition recruitment campaigns
Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function is beneficial
Previous experience in Applicant Tracking System (PageUp is advantageous)
Extensive research and analysis skills
Good data entry and reporting capability
Business writing and communication skills
Demonstratable relationship building and presentation skills
Experience in high volume, fast-paced recruitment/talent preferred
