Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of positions in our childcare centres
We are a contemporary, privately owned early learning provider who is passionate about serving our community with excellence and a unique difference. As a result of experiencing significant growth throughout South-East QLD and Northern NSW over the last two years, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the sourcing, identifying, and recruiting of top talent for various positions within Harmony’s centres. The role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment including advertising, reviewing resumes, phone screening, booking interviews and conducting reference checks.
Responsibilities include:
End-to-end recruitment including posting ads, reviewing resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, setting up interviews and onboarding.
Source and identify top talent for various positions within our centres.
Build and maintain a talent pool of high-quality candidates using JobAdder.
Phone screen candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates are kept informed and updated at all times.
Organise interviews with candidates and Centre Directors.
Provide guidance and advice to candidates on the recruitment process and career opportunities in the childcare industry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and Hiring Manager records using JobAdder.
Conduct references checks to ascertain candidate suitability for open positions.
Advertise on various job boards.
Assisting with the Traineeship program.
We are currently based in Hope Island, but will be moving to a beautiful new office in the next few months.

To be Successful in the role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in recruitment or customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
A genuine interest in the childcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
