Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. Based in Fortitude Valley, this newly created role will allow you to take ownership and bring your passion for recruiting exceptional talent for a well-established and growing hospitality group. Candidates from an agency background looking to enter internal recruitment are highly encouraged to apply.

The Responsibility 

• Liaise with teams and managers to understand talent requirements and workforce planning needs.  
• Undertake and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing, referencing, and qualification validations.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, business development, social networks, and referrals to ensure a diverse and skilled talent pool.
• Onboarding new starters into the HRIS and general HRIS administration support.
• Provide all candidates with a positive and informative experience, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Supporting the HR team as required

The Prerequisites 

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with managers, candidates, and team members.
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and contributing to the company's overall success.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting within the hospitality industry will be highly regarded.
