The Opportunity:
Our internal Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to finding the best people for the firm and providing top-tier service to our stakeholders.
With 8 Talent Acquisition specialists based across Sydney and Brisbane we manage the end-to-end recruitment of all legal, risk advisory, business support and partner roles on a national basis. We're a close-knit, fun team with a national and international presence, a strong track-record and rapport within the firm, and a keen interest in trivia.
Based in our Brisbane - Ann St office, the Coordinator will provide high quality administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, whilst reporting to one of our Talent Acquisition Managers.
As a Coordinator you will support the Talent Acquisition Managers and Consultants with recruitment administration including:
Scheduling interviews for Legal and Business Services roles, and booking meeting rooms;
Providing frontline responses to general enquiries from the Recruitment Inbox, candidates and the wider People & Culture team;
Updating job descriptions and other internal documents;
Managing the Labour Market Testing process required for employee visa applications, developing a productive working relationship with the Ashurst Service Central - People team, and the firm's external immigration advisor;
Processing recruitment invoices via the Purchase Order system (Elite 3e), and adding new vendors to the system; and
Identifying and implementing improvements to recruitment administration processes.

Previous experience in an administration position and a passion for recruitment;
Exemplary attention to detail and efficient self-management of workload;
Forward thinker who is able to plan ahead proactively;
Able to build positive relationships across teams, functions and roles;
Resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to last minute changes;
A curious mind with a desire to understand how the firm, market and various roles operate and interact;
Tech savvy with the ability to quickly pick up a working knowledge of new systems (with training),
A desire to provide the highest level of service to our team and our stakeholders; and
A desire to continue developing your skills and knowledge.
