About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the sourcing, identifying, and recruiting of top talent for various positions within Harmony’s centres. The role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment including advertising, reviewing resumes, phone screening, booking interviews and conducting reference checks.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment including posting ads, reviewing resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, setting up interviews and onboarding.
- Source and identify top talent for various positions within our centres.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of high-quality candidates using JobAdder.
- Phone screen candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates are kept informed and updated at all times.
- Organise interviews with candidates and Centre Directors.
- Provide guidance and advice to candidates on the recruitment process and career opportunities in the childcare industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and Hiring Manager records using JobAdder.
- Conduct references checks to ascertain candidate suitability for open positions.
- Advertise on various job boards.
- Assisting with the Traineeship program.

- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- A genuine interest in the childcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
