About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the end- to-end recruitment process and manage a team across our 8 sites with a broad base of HR generalist skills. In addition, your key duties are as follow:
- Design and implement approaches to improve recruitment strategies aligning with the organisational goals and objectives.
- Build healthy and professional relationships with team members establish and nurture a culture of open feedback, collaboration, encouragement, recognition, and delivery to high standards. Ensuring the team is well supported to perform their day-to-day activities.
- Participate in the recruitment of more senior positions.
- Identify and utilise various sourcing channels, networking events and professional organisations to attract candidates.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the organisations employer brand and develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and analysing data to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.
- Establish and maintain collaborative, credible and trusting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's level qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law or any related qualifications is a plus!
- Previous leadership experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of HR Management Information Systems/Talent platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of innovative recruitment and selection initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and triage conflicting deadlines in a busy environment
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word), Google applications and database administration
- Capacity and willingness to work both effectively in a team and autonomously when required
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish positive working relationships
- Self-motivation with a can do attitude
