About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced and engaging Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role will oversee, manage and develop a Talent Coordinator and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Ingenia, ensuring the recruitment of high calibre talent and acting as a brand ambassador for Ingenia Communities. You will be the key point of contact for all recruitment activity and partner with hiring managers and senior leadership across the business to anticipate and forecast for future hiring needs. This is a great time to take on the role as we begin to move into the next automation & embedment phase of our new applicant tracking system, dayforce and invest in our employer branding & content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end to end recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks and making job offers.
- Support leaders and line managers to attract, select and hire the best talent.
- Make a positive impact by building hiring manager capability.
- Leverage social media platforms and Ingenia brand to create candidate engagement.
- Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards
- Conduct job analysis in partnership with line managers to determine necessary position criteria.
- Recommend remuneration packages based on industry research.
- Develop recruitment documentation and guidelines to support Operations and Site Managers in successful recruitment.
- Proactively grow talent pools to ensure talent pipelines are maintained.
- Make recommendations and review candidate selection in order to assist with determining best fit for the role.
- Create external recruitment agency partnerships.
- Administer criminal history and qualification checks.
- Draft contracts of employment and ensure information is accurate and compliant.
- Ongoing technical administration of the talent management system.
- Maintain recruitment tracking to monitor progression of candidates including effective reporting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the commencement of onboarding process,
- Act as the face of Ingenia Communities and a brand ambassador to ensure a consistent recruitment experience for all candidates,
- Support, coach and engage the Talent Coordinator to be a high performer and reach company and team goals.
- Create an environment that rewards and recognizes individual and team performance
About You
- Experience using a highly functional Talent Management System
- Understanding of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool
- Demonstrated experience in internal Talent Acquisition, recruiting roles at all levels
- Knowledge of roles in a variety of industries such as Finance, Marketing, Development and Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- High level of commercial acumen
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively
