As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage the delivery of recruitment services to the business. Partnering with our hiring managers, and as part of the HR Team, you’ll leverage recruitment best practices, systems & processes to attract high performing talent to join Red Bull Australia. You’ll ensure all candidates experience a premium experience through the hiring cycle, share data and insights with hiring managers on recruitment effectiveness and local market trends to inform their decisions, and be responsible for managing the recruitment budget as well as our relationships with our external partners and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Red Bull Australia, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, ensuring a smooth transition from Offer to Onboarding.
- Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment skills, and facilitate recruitment training.
- Ensure functional expertise within talent acquistion, cultivating pipelines both internally and externally and leveraging insights and talent trends along with regular recruitment reporting.
- Monitor recruitment market trends, manage recruitment budget, and advise on recruitment issues like visas.
- Empower and educate hiring managers on Red Bull’s Compensation Philosophy.
- Partner with the Global Talent team and update HR and managers on internal tool and process changes.
- Manage relationships with external partners for checks and with agencies.
- Share recruitment data with managers for capability improvement and provide training on recruitment tools.
- Lead Talent Acquisition projects, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and promote ‘Red Bull Wingfinder’ for unique candidate experiences.
Experience Required:
- At least 2 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) ideally in FMCG, beverage, distribution, or media industries
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance/IT).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Experience in using and analysing data from external and internal sources
- A ‘people person’ who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach
- Experience using Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Hirevue, etc.) and SAP HR are an advantage.
