Supporting the energy transition, this role will support a dedicated portfolio, and act as a conduit between the business and external market as the key point of contact during the recruitment lifecycle.
In addition to the day-to-day recruitment duties, Talent Acquisition Business Partners also contribute to the overall strategic goals of both AusNet and the greater People team by delivering projects to uplift the TA function, and work closely with the HR Business Partner and wider business to deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
With a 3/2 Hybrid split (office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank and is part of the Talent Acquisition Team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- End-to-end recruitment delivery and candidate management across Engineering, Energy Projects, and Senior roles
- Hiring Manager support, coaching and guidance on hiring decisions
- Equipping leaders with effective and efficient tools that produce positive hiring outcomes
- Providing data driven, and meaningful insights on performance and market intel to continuously add value
- Attend regular leadership meetings to stay up to date with respective divisional updates
- Value-add leader training, providing expertise, and consulting to continuously improve the Talent Acquisition relationship with the business
- Promoting inclusive hiring practices with EVP, DEI and skills first principles in mind
- Delivering Talent Acquisition projects to align to the overall strategic People goals
You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Deep expertise and knowledge of best practice end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a complex business.
- Combination of RPO, internal talent and/or agency recruitment environments
- Experience in the Utilities Infrastructure space, and a strong understanding of the energy transition
- Proven experience delivering both operational and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives whilst building credibility and trust
- Ability to provide guidance on complex Talent Acquisition solutions
- Well versed in talent sourcing principles with an innovative approach to accessing talent within competitive markets and hard-to-fill disciplines
- Experience with diverse ATS platforms and highly competent across Seek and Linkedin (SuccessFactors experience is beneficial)
