The Role:
As one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of roles. We are seeking a proactive individual who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. In this role, you will:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including internal database, job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Conduct internal interviews with potential candidates as well as registering candidates with you for future roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, organising meetings, and preparing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in recruitment operations.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, Talent Acquisition, or as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Experience in Agency Recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
