The opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be managing a portfolio of business units with responsibility for all end-to-end recruitment, and a focus on proactive talent management and high touch stakeholder influence. Outside of the day-today of filling roles, you will work with the business unit's leader to develop strategies that allow them to secure the right mix of talent today and in the future.
The role will also provide you the scope to work on projects and initiatives that support the ongoing development of our Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience functions including Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion and process and systems improvements.
About you
You will have a successful recruitment / Talent Acquisition track record over several years, ideally gained within a similar internal corporate environment. We are also open to individuals looking to develop their agency experience with a move into an internal role.
Some of the other key experiences and traits we will be looking for include:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of what great recruitment looks like
The ability to work strategically with senior leaders to identify future needs and execute initiatives that continually drives better recruitment outcomes
A focus on proactive talent sourcing and pipelining
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Act as a subject matter expert and take every opportunity to actively promote and shape the reputation of the Talent Acquisition function across the organisation. Experience recruiting across corporate functions. Exposure to Accounting & Finance, Data, Marketing or HR will be beneficial but not essential.
