This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
About The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for high-volume positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring costs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
About You
You will have:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
