About the Role
Commencing immediately temporarily, you will play a pivotal role in leading the recruitment efforts for our client. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and maintaining strong candidate relationships from start to finish. With a superpower in stakeholder relationships, you will coach the hiring managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition; preferably within the industrial services sector.
- Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies at one time
- Experience in JobAdder would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work from home; 3 days in the office 2 days from home
