The organisation:
They are a leading provider in logistics services, specialising in manufacturing products for major clients. From product construction to maintenance and logistics, they are at the forefront of innovation in this space.
  
The Role:
This is a fast-paced, six-month contract position reporting directly to the Senior TA Partner, based in Sydney. You will be;

• Screening and scheduling candidates, particularly in high-volume blue-collar roles like Product Controllers, Drivers, Store People, and Maintenance Team members;
• Coordinating assessment days, potentially involving travel within Victoria (all expenses covered);
• Managing logistics and administration associated with assessment days;
• Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to ensure seamless operations.

About you:You will ideally have experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, with the ability to efficiently process large applicant pools, alongside;

• Proven experience in high volume recruitment;
• Comfortable in a true blue collar environment;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Ideally, experience in manufacturing or related blue collar industries;
• Ideally, immediately available.

Additional Details:

• 6-month contract;
• High volume recruitment role;
• Daily rate of $400 - $450, inclusive of superannuation;
• Primarily remote work (4 days per week), with 1 day on site;
• Occasional travel to regional sites for Assessment Days (car required).
