Healius are currently seeking a talented Pathologist Talent Manager to join our Pathology business.

Based in the Sydney CBD and reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition as Pathologist Talent Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of one of our key business roles - Pathologists.
This is a strategic talent role, recruiting for highly qualified and in demand individuals, driving the development and implementation of campaigns to attract and recruit high quality Pathologists to meet the organisation's business needs. You will be the go-to contact for Pathologist recruitment, working closely with key staff members and senior management in the Pathologist business to understand hiring and development needs and how they fit in with the wider business strategy.
You will be using your ability to build and nurture strong relationships and develop talent pools using different methods and channels, overseeing the sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified Pathologists to Healius
- Build effective recruitment campaigns across multi-channel platforms including but not limited to email marketing, networking events, referrals, job boards, industry & membership organizations and publications
- Working with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns across platforms such as social media
- Develop talent pools and nurture relationships, managing long term recruitment cycles
- Work closely with hiring managers to participate in the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Create job descriptions and adverts
- Advertise vacant positions through job boards and other channels
- Act as the go to contact for Pathologists, representing Healius digitally as well as at in-person events
- Develop partnerships with appropriate membership bodies and other external organisations
- Influence and negotiate to provide best outcomes for the business & candidate throughout recruitment & offer stage
- Create reporting to present updates and analyze any needed adjustments
- Keep a sound knowledge of Pathologist news, updates, events and be able to engage effectively with candidates
- Ensure a quality candidate experience through developing recruitment & onboarding processes
About You
You will be a skilled Talent Management professional, with experience in the Pathology field, specifically understanding the role of a pathologist.
This is an autonomous role, where you will drive strategic recruitment over multiple touch points, with the ability to view long term goals and work with the wider business strategy.
You are known for your relationship building skills, as you develop and nurture long term relationships that will lead to the attraction and selection of the best pathology talent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-6 years in an autonomous talent management role
- Knowledge/experience in the pathology field
- Proven track record of building & nurturing long term relationships
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box with creative recruitment strategies
- Ability to write attractive job adverts and develop marketing communications targeted to ideal candidates
- Ability to influence, negotiate and recommend to candidates and internal stakeholders to provide best outcome for the business & candidate
- Experience using HR/Recruitment systems
