The People and Culture team directly achieves this by developing and embedding strategies and practices to build a high performing culture. We achieve this through empowering and supporting leaders to develop and manage their teams and people and ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace for all.
The People and Culture Talent Partner role will see you partnering with our stakeholders and advising them on recruitment solutions as well as being hands-on, sourcing for a variety of role across the organisation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an in-house or RPO role.
- Demonstrated experience full Talent Acquisition life-cycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills with ability to understand of business needs, shaping and delivering recruitment strategies to support business growth and campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop and implement new talent and recruitment policies, practices, and programs (including training programs) to meet organisational and hiring manager needs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills supporting and partnering with the P&C Manager and BPs to deliver on initiatives around Employer Brand and EVP.
- Customer Service focus, ensuring an engaging candidate experience ensuring following up at all stages of the hiring process.
