Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-known business within Ryde for a temporary contract starting immediately, with a view to permanency for the right candidate.
The Role- Advertising and filling current vacancies
- Managing the candidate hiring process - Interviewing, screening, candidate management, reference and background checks
- Assisting staff members with the hiring process
- Updating CRM system with candidate information
- Administration and adhoc tasks as required
About You- At least 6 months experience in Recruitment or a Talent Acquisition role.
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment
- Able to manage and negotiate with candidates and internal staff
