- Identify and hire the best talent in the world for Vow managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Find ways to perfect and scale the way we tell the Vow story; sharing the most compelling things about Vow, to amazing candidates, in the most exciting way, at the right time.
- Delight candidates every chance you get by providing speedy, valuable feedback, and always keeping them in the loop.
- Build and manage Vow’s employer branding strategy in partnership with our brilliant Marketing team who can help you bring our employer brand to life.
- Get creative with our Talent Acquisition funnels using unique sourcing strategies. Experiment with different channels to find which ones yield the best results.
- Coach Hiring Managers on the best way to interview, provide feedback, get the most out of their interviews, and provide an unforgettable candidate experience.
- Manage programs and initiatives that improve Vow’s talent operations, systems, processes, and candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with the People team on programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at Vow.
