Job Description
Harrier have partnered with a global medical technology company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will deliver exceptional people to their business.
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will join initially on a 3 month contract, however, there are longer term opportunities available for the right candidate. This role is offered on a remote working or hybrid working basis.
As the TA Specialist for our customer, you will develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract specific talent, including Sales & Technical professionals; screen and assess applicable candidates making use of assessment tools and technology; and partner with, and provide guidance to, the project hiring managers throughout. You will live and breathe our customers' brand, delivering a flawless candidate experience and exceptional hiring outcomes.
You will be required to work with our customer, enabling relationship building and a high touch customer service with key stakeholders, however flexibility is promoted within Harrier, and hybrid working is always an option.
Qualifications
Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will bring the following attributes and capability to the role:
- Previous Corporate recruitment experience - experience in the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical industries would be advantageous, as would experience recruiting Sales and Technical roles.
- End-to-end Talent Acquisition: demonstrating the capability to follow process and align communication and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line
- Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrating an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and achieving hiring targets based on organisation and effective job requisition management
- High level of attention to detail
- Proven commitment to candidate and hiring manager care.
