A rare opportunity has arisen to join our high performing team at AIA Australia. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialistfor an initial 6 month fixed term contract to drive operational and strategic projects managing the Tech portfolio. Important to note there is potential for this contract to extend or become a permanent role.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with the business as the subject matter expert on best practice recruitment. You will provide guidance beyond operational recruitment with demonstrated capability in delivering projects, advising on market insights, trends, competitor movements and driving continuous improvement in process.
