As a Talent and Culture Consultant for Workers Compensation and Injury Management, you will drive the employee experience by assessing employee and business needs and delivering end-to-end employee journeys through employee focused solutions. You are responsible for delivery of best practice regulatory compliant, injury and claims management services to ANZ employees and Business Managers. You will also provide advice and guidance to employees, navigating solutions and escalating unresolved cases where necessary, taking accountability for the employee experience in everything you do.
Your role requires an advanced level of experience in the worker's compensation or rehabilitation industry, together with a high focus on continuous improvement as you will also support the strategy of Workers Compensation and Injury Management by implementing processes to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide
Role Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience in Injury Management at a senior level including management of complex psychological and physical conditions
- Proven proactive and strategic return to work case management skills
- Experience in a Comcare Self-Insured environment
- Strong planning and organisation capabilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience in claims and Injury Management or advanced knowledge of claims and Injury Management practices
- High level of understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements pertinent to the role and a well-developed network of Injury Management, Rehabilitation and legal providers
- Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships
- Tertiary qualification in a Health-related discipline
