About the role
In this permanent position as our Talent Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of cyclical talent activities across our Store Support Centre (SSC) and Operation Leadership teams. This role will assist in enabling business leaders and people & culture to drive key talent initiatives across the enterprise and manage succession risk. You will also:
- Design and develop core talent management practise to support closing the gap on key talent needs and succession across the Coles Group
- Embed talent practices across varied populations through cyclical talent activities.
- Leverage talent analytics and comprehensive use of SAP SuccessFactors to support talent and career management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive and embed talent management practices which will include talent councils, succession action planning and individual development planning.
- Define and design best practise talent management solutions.

You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the development of best practice, innovative talent management practices.
- Proven experience in application of a range of talent tools, frameworks, talent analytics and SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to effectively build and influence a complex stakeholder environment.
- Previous talent management experience gained in a large complex organisation.
