This is a permanent part-time (0.3FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2024
North Cottesloe Primary School (PS) is seeking a motivated and dedicated French Languages Teacher.
The ideal applicant should be a passionate teacher of French, with a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning and a positive school culture. You should exhibit a high level of collaborative practice to enable effective participation and engagement within the school, with consistent and connected practice. You will ideally be prepared to actively engage in whole school and phase of learning, teaching and learning.
The successful applicant will ideally evidence their experience in applying the Teaching for Impact Framework. You should have high expectations for student achievement, promote excellence, differentiate the curriculum for all students and provide timely and effective student feedback. We are seeking teachers who are self-reflective and continually monitor the impact of their teaching through the ongoing, rigorous analysis of student data, which informs and monitors their teaching practice.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, working collaboratively as part of a Professional Learning Community. you should evidence that you can build positive working relationships with parents and all staff, across the whole school. you should be flexible to move across year levels and learning phases, as required.
North Cottesloe PS enrols students from Kindergarten to Year Six, and also administers the Seaview Community Kindergarten, which offers a sessional Kindergarten program.

This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. ELIGIBILITY
Employees will be required to:
