SalaryMarsden High School (enrolment 1000 students) is a comprehensive co-educational school with a Support Unit and an Intensive English Centre located within the city of Ryde. Sixty-five per cent of our students are LBOTE. Marsden has recently experienced a substantial increase in student numbers due to a range of successful programs. Selection Criteria * Approval to teach Mandatory Technology and Food technology.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the capacity to work as a collaborative member of the TAS faculty and wider school community.
- Excellent classroom teaching practice and the ability to develop, implement and evaluate differentiated programs, resources and assessments that build a culture of high expectations
- Proven ability to integrate best practice literacy, numeracy and technology strategies to extend and engage student learning in TAS areas of curriculum
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
