$41.92/hour (HEW Level 2) + super. Ideally available for 4-5 days each week until June 2024.Casual role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.Busy and fast-paced environment. Supportive and collaborative team.The RoleOur Future Students Office is seeking a casual Team Assistant to provide additional administrative during their busy periods.Reporting to the Business and Operations Officer, you will assist with:Printing, photocopying, stationery maintenance.Collating receipts and scanning.Answering the Future Students phone line and direct/escalate queries to the relevant team.Arranging meetings/appointments including room bookings, following up with attendees and gathering information from the relevant business units.Storeroom maintenance and clean-up.Student recruitment event administration (such as printing out guest badges and meeting agendas, booking rooms/venues, organising catering, room preparation, ensure provided event presentations/documents are available at the event venue on the day, and post-event clean up)General office maintenance (daily clean-up of the Future Students Office and meeting rooms, ensuring sufficient office supplies).About Us Macquarie is a university engaged with the real and often complex problems and opportunities that define our lives.
