ABOUT THE ROLE: People are our most important asset, and our Team Culture and Engagement Officer will ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise and establish our mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of this role.
As a pivotal member of our team, they will have the chance to make a real impact by fostering positive and effective relationships across all levels of our organisation and will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Other duties include managing and monitoring, workplace compliance, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Reporting to both the Business Development Manager and Client Services & Commercial Manager, they will also be assisting with administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the management team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A dynamic and innovative people person with a proven record of at least 3 years experience in a similar role
- A commitment to service, excellence, and professionalism.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- The ability to navigate staff through change with a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Tactical thinker who is always looking for ways to improve
- Relevant Administrative or Business qualifications (desired).
- Experience in People Management or Human Resources.
- Must reside in WA and commute to Wangara daily.

- This is a permanent, part-time role at $35-$38/hour.
- Negotiated 25 to 30 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days per week (although 5 days per week is preferable)
