Team Leader Business Support
About your new role
We have multiple permanent full time Team Leader opportunities in our Business Support team within the Business Services Branch. In these roles you will lead a team of Branch Administrators and Personal Assistants, providing the team with training, support and growth opportunities. You will have a passion for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlined processes and business improvement. This is a requirement for all of our Team Leader roles.

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience and/or extensive experience as a Branch Administrator or Personal Assistant
- Skilled in conducting staff evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering growth opportunities for team members
- Experience in business improvement and enhancement of operational processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline workflow
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
