About your new role

We have multiple permanent full time Team Leader opportunities in our Business Support team within the Business Services Branch. In these roles you will lead a team of Branch Administrators and Personal Assistants, providing the team with training, support and growth opportunities. You will have a passion for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlined processes and business improvement. This is a requirement for all of our Team Leader roles. 

We're looking for people who have:

If you are an experienced Team Leader or have extensive experience in branch administration and are ready for a leadership opportunity, this position could be an ideal fit for you! 

To be successful in this role ideally you will have: 

• Demonstrated leadership experience and/or extensive experience as a Branch Administrator or Personal Assistant 
• Skilled in conducting staff evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering growth opportunities for team members 
• Experience in business improvement and enhancement of operational processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline workflow 
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
