Radiology SA (RSA) is a privately owned, Adelaide-based radiology practice, run by radiologists and nuclear medicine specialists for the medical community. With a long history, the Practice currently runs twelve sites in the metropolitan area which are conveniently located both North and South of the city, as well as centrally in North Adelaide. We have both outpatient clinics and clinics within some of Adelaide’s busiest Private Hospitals. We offer an extensive range of Medical Imaging and procedures to outpatients and inpatients.
Committed to providing knowledgeable and professional imaging services that support the best possible outcomes for patients, we are currently looking for a motivated, professional and experienced Central Team Leader to join our team.
Reporting to the Admin Operations Manager, the Central Team Leader is primarily responsible for:
- Working across sites in the Central Region, undertaking clinical administration services and duties.
- Providing leadership and operational management to the Central administration team.
- Developing action plans to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Managing recruitment and onboarding activities for the Central region.
- Supporting the development and implementation of KPIs and monitoring / reporting mechanisms.
- Fostering good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring rostering, timesheets, leave management and payroll submissions are completed to practice requirement.
- Collaborating as a team with all Team Leaders to develop key communications and activities to promote consistency, efficiency, growth, and development of the RSA administration team.
- Providing support and leave coverage for other Team Leaders as required.
The Central Team Leader role is critical to supporting RSA to drive its customer service vision, and as a result we are looking for candidates that will be a natural fit within our culture and can join the team to deliver services with kindness, empathy and respect. In addition, to be successful in the role you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a people leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing an engaging, results focused and positive team culture.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in radiology and/or other area of health care is advantageous.
- Working With Children Check.
