ABOUT THE ROLE
Leading up to 12 client focussed parent education team members, you'll be performing all the people leader fundamentals - managing the day to day, monitoring the workload of the team and taking and managing escalations from our clients as these arise. You'll also work closely with your team on their career development, provide coaching, mentoring and manage any performance issues while you lead by example.
With in the Child and Family Health Team you will look after the following suite of programs:
- Parent and Relationship Education
- Connecting Young Parents
- Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies
- Families NSW
- Integrated Family Services
- Child Health Intervention and Parent Support
You'll be working closely with the Program Manager Child and Family Health and be joining a broader leadership team who are supportive, inclusive and encouraging, who love sharing their ideas and work closely and collaboratively.
