About the roleThe
Team Leader manages and supervises an established team of five administrative staff. The role provides high-level administrative support, specialist knowledge relevant to the position as well as undertaking stand-alone assignments. The
Team Leader will also be responsible for assisting in the management of various administrative projects in line with identified School/Faculty/Directorate priorities.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team to deliver outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills and enjoy prioritising, managing competing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Utilise your high-level communication skills to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
About the GroupThis position will be focused in the School of Environmental and Rural Science. The School of Environmental and Rural Science (ERS) is an active and dynamic school of professional and academic staff that work in the disciplines of agronomy, environmental science, ecology, genetics, geology, rural science, soil science, and zoology. We are a leading provider of both on-campus and online or distance education in agriculture and environmental science, offering flexible learning options for students throughout the year.
