About the role
Support the Operations of TSNSW’s main subsidised VET program known as the Smart and Skilled program.
The role manages the operational aspects of the program including timely invoice processing to approx. 550 contracted Registered Training Organisations. The role is responsible for providing students and stakeholders with quality advice and Customer Service to support the delivery of high-quality funded training.

To be considered for the role, you must:
- Have the ability to establish and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships.

- Be capable of promoting and increasing knowledge of the significance of service levels across the organisation for providing superior Customer Service.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in developing and implementing culture change and leadership development programs
- Demonstrated experience in supporting operations and Customer Service
- Experience in the VET Sector would be advantageous
- Significant experience in people management and having performance discussions
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
