Introduction
As the Team Leader covering a number of sites, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your small team to meet and exceed individual and team monthly KPIs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies ensuring our customers are supported through the employment services process. Your ability to turn vision into reality is the attribute that separates you from everyone else.
