Team Leader Education And Care Centre Based

• Based from Port Fairy
• Monthly RDO

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated person to fill the role of Team Leader Education and Care across all Centre Based services shire wide. This position will be pivotol in the coordination and delivery of the early years programs across the municipality.

To be successful in this role you will need
Qualifications
Essential

• Formal academic qualifications of Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or other qualifications as approved by ACECQA

Experience
Essential

• Several years' experience working in the early childhood sector.
• Current driver licence
• Employee Working with Childrens Check or Victorian teaching registration

Desirable

• Local government experience

Key selection criteria 1

• Sound knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Victorian Early Years Development Framework, Early Years Framework and the National Quality Standards.

Key selection criteria 2

• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise and manage own time to achieve targets within set deadlines, using self-motivation and resourcefulness.

Key selection criteria 3

• Demonstrated ability and experience in office administration procedures and coordination.
