Do you have?
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent industry certification and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar ICT Team Leader role, preferably in a Microsoft dominant environment.
- Proven understanding and utilisation of ICT Management Tools to deliver continuous improvement and set up an ICT infrastructure Service Management platform.
- Experience with and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft ECO systems, LAN/WAN network environments, firewalls, monitoring tools, encryption/cyber security systems and wireless systems.
- Proficiency in technologies: Windows 10/11 Entra ID (Azure AD) as part of the Microsoft 365 Business premium offering, MS Teams, printer technologies, Microsoft 365ICT cyber security systems that covers endpoint devices including BYOD, and HP network devices and Fortigate firewalls.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, documenting, and monitoring delivery of infrastructure service functions including the development of SLAs and a service catalogue; incident management; change management; and request management. You will have demonstrated leadership skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal), high-level problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships and negotiate with a range of stakeholders, vendors and business application owners, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly established and maintained.
