The role of Team Leader – IT Service Desk, will see you working on-site from our Victoria Park head office leading a team of IT Support staff across Brisbane, Perth, and Manila.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, coach, and mentor the IT Service Desk team.
- Manage and lead the IT Service Desk team, managing their workloads and performance.
- Build relationships with a broad stakeholder group to provide an operational and business perspective to the IT Service Desk
- Develop, implement, and improve IT services, processes, and systems to deliver business outcomes.
- Encouraging team members to actively contribute to, and embrace the continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and systems.
- Manage an information/knowledge environment to ensure consistency, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Ensure the team operates within existing governance, licensing, or contractual guidelines.

What you will bring
- Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and understand business priorities and team workload.
- Experience in a similar role providing IT support leadership.
- A solid understanding of the ITIL framework process principles
- Diploma or certificate qualifications in Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
