Job description:
The purpose of the role is to provide leadership and supervision of Property Officers in managing tourism, events, business licences and other lease and licence enquiries, applications and contractual agreements on Crown land which includes Reserved land, with high level stakeholder liaison and management.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Duties
The purpose of the role is to provide leadership and supervision of Property Officers in managing tourism, events, business licences and other lease and licence enquiries, applications and contractual agreements on Crown land which includes Reserved land, with high level stakeholder liaison and management.
Desirable Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in related fields; Law, Contract Management, Business Administration/Management, Valuation, Tourism or Community Development and/or Project Management, as provided by either a university, a vocational education organisation or a registered and accredited training provider.
A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
