  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including highly developed technical reporting skills.

  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary studies for Mine Closure planning and related disciplines.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia with a current C class unrestricted (manual) Drivers Licence.

  • Ability to lead and work well within a high performing and successful team.

  • An interest in embracing innovation to continually improve the work we do.

What we offer:

Along with a competitive remuneration package commensurate with skills and experience, we offer a number of benefits to ensure ongoing professional development and wellbeing:

  • Part of a broader Environment and Geoscience Team with support across Australia, and the opportunity to diversify your skill set nationally and globally.

  • Penalty rates and time in lieu for extended field work in remote locations.

  • Learning and talent development programs - including global programs, online learning, and on-the-job learning.

  • Career development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge across various ecological disciplines, attend conferences and undertake training.

  • Opportunity to work in research and development, supporting innovative projects that are market leading and align with our core values.

  • Flexible work arrangements, including changes to patterns of hours worked, and opportunities to work from home.

  • Ability to purchase up to four weeks additional leave and provision for school term contracts.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) accessible to employees and their immediate family.

  • Social and professional clubs within Stantec to enhance connection, interactions and upskilling across Australia.

  • Access to bonus programs within the business.

  • Professional Registration and Memberships.
