HOBAN are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Bayside client. This role will be supporting a team of upto 10 employees, organising daily and weekly tasks, providing training and support to the team and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
We are looking for an individual that is very process driven, is safety conscious and can lead by example.
Skills and Requirements:- Minimum 3 years as a Team Leader within the warehousing and logistics industry
- Forklift Licence with both high reach and counter balance experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills with a results-driven approach
- Strong communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and innovative process implementation
- Commitment to a safety-first approach
