Period of AppointmentAppointment to the role is on a permanent (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight)
Duties- Effectively supervise the day-to-day activities of the Payments Team, assigning resources as required to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate the processing of data submissions received from RTOs in accordance with internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely payment processing.
- Perform payment duties according to internal policies and financial delegations.
- Provide advice to the Manager Systems and Payments to assist with the approval of payments to external clients.
- Monitoring of payment approvals to ensure timely processing.
- Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders across a range of complex financial and administrative business matters.
