We require a Team Leader who is:

• Extensive experience within the NDIS sector
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the disability support sector
• Demonstrated experience in understanding the needs of participants with lived experience in disability, their families and carers and advocates
• Demonstrated commitment to service performance, evidence-based practice and improving outcomes for participants
• Excellent understanding of relevant legislation and its impact on service delivery and practice including the Disability Act 2006; the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Department of Health and Human Services reporting requirements; statutory regulations; quality and safeguarding standards

About the role:

• You will lead, mentor and bring a kind and caring team of Support Workers together to ensure high quality, consistent, impact driven care and support
• Facilitate team meetings
• Provide high quality care and support and for your participant
• Coordinate and facilitate participant appointments ensuring attendance
• Complete/maintain all paperwork as per compliance
• Participate in audits
• Work a 24/7 rotating roster
