Young People in a home environment through the provision and management of a team of Youth Workers/Team Members, supporting Young People with challenging, maladaptive behaviours to achieve social, educational, cultural, and emotional goals and to liaise effectively with stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes and transitional goals.
