ETC are looking for passionate and committed Team Leader for our Transition to Work (TTW) Program. This program engages with youth (age 15-24) and provides intensive support to help them develop skills to move towards sustainable employment or training. The focus of this role is to assist the Operations Manager with support and supervision for the TTW team while managing your individual caseload.
This is a full-time position with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off.

ETC offer in-depth training, so while previous experience is a bonus, it isn't a prerequisite for the role, but there are some essential requirements, which are:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Previous experience in leadership with a track record of empowering strong and cohesive team performance outcomes
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
- Sound knowledge to investigate and lodge employment services claims/outcomes
