We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader Underwritten Operations in Perth, who will be responsible for providing structured Team Leadership and allocation to support business objectives, ensuring service levels, customer expectations and regulatory obligations are met.
You'll be responsible for
- Achieve individual KPI's and targets as established within individual business unit and monitor team performance through system reporting tools
- Manage internal relationships, modelling team collaboration in resolving issues within and across teams, providing direction and support when escalated, for optimal resolution results
- Ensure regulatory timeframes and requirements are met by maintaining up to date awareness of changes that may impact AAL and ensuring compliant process application and workflow
- Develop customer relationships (internal and external) by seeking to understand customer requirements, anticipating and recommending solutions and ensuring team cohesion to provide a positive customer experience and outcome.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/ or industry accreditations
- Experience empowering people to realise their highest potential by recognising and developing individual and team performance and building talent pipelines to safeguard current and future organisational needs
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
- Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance
