About the role
We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager who can inspire a team of clinicians and will play a key role in achieving performance targets and establishing relationships within the community. 
The ideal candidate must have a harmonious approach ensuring client, clinicians, and Gen Physio’s needs are met, through industry best practice.

Duties

• Manage a clinical caseload as well as managing a multi disciplinary team of clinicians
• Promote and market Gen Physio’s services and activities
• Support and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure services are coordinated and delivered in line with client needs and goals, organisational objectives, and legislative and funding body requirements
• Be able to develop and train team members on specific billing practices, especially within the NDIS framework
• Leading clinicians in best practice especially with diary management  ensuring we can help and change more people's lives through diary optimisation
• Inspire and promote continuous improvement from your clinical team through innovative thinking and service excellence

  Skills & Experience

• Minimum of1 year's experience of supervising or leading an allied health team
• Understanding of and proven NDIS and HCP billing practices
• Leadership experience including NDIS practice standards and aged care quality and safety standards
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and developing a team that has honesty and integrity at its heart
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current valid driver’s license
