We are seeking a skilled professional from within the outdoor power equipment industry, (with a specific focus on robotic technology) to join our team at Kress.
At Kress, we have a passion for quality, continual innovation, and forward-thinking technology to offer tools that work smarter, harder and cleaner. As our Australian team is expanding, we are looking for a pro-active Technical Specialist to play a pivotal role within our business.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Building strong relationships with customers, addressing technical enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring superior after-sales service.
- Provide technical expertise to service technicians, assisting with troubleshooting complex outdoor power equipment issues.
- Assist with the roll-out and installation of robotic mower RTK network.
- Liaising with supply and demand team regarding spare parts inventory.
- Working closely with the team regarding product development, quality assurance and overall customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in after-sales service industry, ideally with outdoor power equipment and/or power tools. Experience with robotic mowers will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of outdoor power equipment including its use, repair, and maintenance.
- Customer-centred focus to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong service management skills, including warranty processes and claims management.
